Highways Act 1980 - Section 119 Notice of making an Order
The County Borough of Conwy (Public Footpath No 24 Llysfaen) (Public Path Diversion) Order 2023
The above Order made on 19 July 2023 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert that section of footpath No 24 Llysfaen from its junction with footpath 25 at grid reference SH 90166 76654 and proceeding in a south westerly direction between buildings for approximately 60m to grid reference SH 90134 76643 .
The new section of the path will commence at grid reference SH 90166 76654 and proceed south westerly to the rear of the outbuildings for approximately 60m to grid reference SH 90134 76643. The width of the path is 1.5m.
A copy of the Order and map may be inspected on the Council website and at the Council Offices Coed Pella Colwyn Bay, during normal opening/office hours. Any representation about or objections to the Order must be sent in writing to the legal@conwy.gov.uk not later than 25 August 2023.
If no representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Conwy County Borough Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Welsh Ministers for confirmation, any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
