Highways Act 1980 - Section 118 Notice of making an Order
The County Borough of Conwy (Public Footpath No 7 Eglwysbach) (Public Path Extinguishment) Order 2024
The above Order made on 25 January 2024 under Section 118 of the Highways Act 1980 will extinguish that section of footpath No 7 Eglwysbach commencing from a stile at the top of a disused quarry at grid reference SH 80871 70697 and descending the western edge of the quarry in a southerly direction for approximately 110m terminating at the junction with Gyffylog Road at grid reference SH 80932 70608.
A copy of the Order and plan may be viewed on the Council website and at the Council Offices Coed Pella Colwyn Bay, during normal opening/office hours. Any representation about or objections to the Order must be sent in writing to the legal@conwy.gov.uk not later than 1 March 2024.
If no representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Conwy County Borough Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Welsh Ministers for confirmation, any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
