The County Borough of Conwy (Various Roads Llandudno) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) Order 2023 – Part 1
Conwy County Borough Council made the above-named Order under Sections 1 and 2 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will introduce parking restrictions on the lengths of road as set out in the Schedules below.
The proposals in the above Order relating to Church Walks, Vardre Lane, Fferm Bach Lane, Meadow Gardens, Ty Gwyn Road, Mostyn Avenue, Clarence Road have been deferred. A copy of the Order and plan, which will come into operation on the 14 August 2023 may be examined on the Council website.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date hereof apply to the High Court for this purpose.

Tudno Street North-western side;
- From its junction with Old Road for a distance of 5 metres in a north easterly direction
