We are currently developing a workforce plan and the information that you have provided to us is starting to shape that plan. It is important that we keep up to date with the workforce pressures. Our workforce is critical to deliver the continued care that is needed and we need to work collaboratively on this. We are expecting workforce shortages.
Temporary changes to ID checking guidelines are being made as a result of the coronavirus outbreak. The changes will enable:
- ID documents to be viewed over video link
- scanned images to be used in advance of the DBS check being submitted
