Attending some or all of these sessions may help you meet the criteria for Health and Social Care Levels 2 and 3 - Supporting the Digital Inclusion of Individuals and Promoting the support of Digital Inclusion of Individuals.
The idea behind these courses is to give you ideas to make digital more accessible, using language that will appeal to individuals. Managing your own expectations will help you to promote the right expectations for the individuals you support.
These courses will introduce you to everyday technology that can complement your role.
