On Monday (28/07/25) Llandudno Magistrates fined S H Property Trading Ltd for failing to comply with an Improvement Notice at 24 Marine Road, Pensarn.

The company’s representative pleaded guilty to two charges relating to fire doors at Flat 3 and Flat 5 of 24 Marine Road.  Four charges relating to another property will lie on file.
