Draft Waste and Resource Strategy consultation

Conwy residents and businesses are invited to give their views on the future of their recycling services.
Conwy County Borough Council are asking for feedback from the public on their Draft Waste Strategy 2026 – 2031. The consultation also includes a section for views on current Conwy recycling services.
The Council will use feedback from the consultation to review the draft strategy before submitting it to Cabinet for approval. Once approved, the strategy will be in place for waste and recycling services for the next 5 years.
Local residents and businesses can see the draft strategy and give their feedback online or in person at Coed Pella or request a paper copy from Conwy’s Environment, Roads and Facilities Advice Team by email at erf@conwy.gov.uk or phone 01492 575337.
The consultation will run from 24 August until 5 October 2026.
