We are currently experiencing problems with our telephone system.
Because of a fault in BT’s systems elsewhere in the country, we are unable to answer calls when telecare alarms are activated.
However, we can see that your alarm has contacted us, and we will call you back as soon as your device alerts us.
Your alarm is still working, and you will receive a call back from us if it is activated.
Out‑of‑hours services
Out‑of‑hours services are also affected by this problem. If you need to report a concern, you can do so through the Galw Gofal website www.galwgofal.gov.uk or the website of the organisation you wish to contact.
We have arranged for calls to be re-routed, but this may mean responses are slower than usual.
For real emergencies, where there is an immediate threat to life or to property phone 999.
