Main Car Park at Bodlondeb, Conwy

Bodlondeb Car Park

Bodlondeb offices and ancillary lands, including the main car park, were leased to Quidos Investments Limited in May 2025. The new owners subsequently asked the Council to look into managing the main car park on their behalf and to extend parking charges to seven days a week.

To do this, an amendment to the Off-Street Traffic Regulation Order was required and a public notice, The Conwy County Borough Council (Off-street Parking Places) Order 1997 (Amendment No2) Order 2025 - Bodlondeb Car Park Conwy, was published in November inviting representations from the public.

We can confirm that Quidos Investments Limited has since decided to make alternative arrangements. Conwy County Borough Council will not be managing the main car park, therefore the above amendment Order will not be implemented.

However, the car park beside the cricket pitch is still managed by Conwy County Borough Council and it will continue to be a pay and display car park on weekends and bank holidays.
