How to Apply

All applications must be made by completing the attached Application for House to House collections form below.

Fees

No Fee is Payable for a house to house collection Permit.

Eligibility

You must be a fit and proper person. Organisations in receipt of a Home Office Exception are not required to apply locally, however they are requested to advise the Council in writing of the existence of their exemption along with the date and location of collection.

Processing and Timescales

You will receive written notification of the outcome of the application.

Appeal/Redress mechanisms:

You have the right to appeal to the Minister for the Cabinet Office. Appeals must be lodged within 14 days of the refusal.
