The Llanfairfechan Community Listening Campaign wants to put local people at the centre of the discussion around dementia care. We’d like to hear your stories about the community, and how we can ensure that people with dementia can continue to participate in community life.

We will be holding an information event at Llanfairfechan Town Hall on Wednesday 27 September between 10am and 2pm. Information stands will offer advice and support, and free refreshments will be available.
