Latest: the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) 2022-2025 has completed delivery and is now closed.
The UK Government has allocated transition year funding for 2025-2026, before moving to a new funding framework from April 2026 onwards.
The UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) proactively supports delivery of the UK Government’s five national missions, pushing power out to communities everywhere, with a specific focus to help kickstart economic growth and promoting opportunities in all parts of the UK.
For 2022-2025, a total of £126.46 million was allocated from the UKSPF for North Wales, in the counties of Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire, Gwynedd, Isle of Anglesey and Wrexham.
Conwy County Borough Council awarded £24,520,120 from the UKSPF to deliver results for residents, businesses and communities
This funding has supported a wide range of projects covering employability, skills, expansion and delivery of services, business support, carbon reduction, young people, infrastructure and asset improvements, heritage, culture, tourism, and community safety.
