Data Protection - Applying for your data

To apply for your data, you must do the following:

• The Council has created a Subject Access Request form (Microsoft Word document) to assist you in providing as much information as necessary to enable your request to be dealt with as efficiently and effectively as possible.
  
• Give us your full name and address.
• Provide proof of your identity (original documents only) i.e passport, driving licences, birth certificate
• Provide proof of your address i.e household bill, bank statement.
