I am delighted to welcome you to our Annual Impact Report, showcasing the difference our work has made to individuals, employers and communities across Conwy over the past year. During 2025/26, the Employment Hub supported 645 residents, helped 238 people into employment and engaged with 750 local employers. These headline figures reflect the scale of our work and, more importantly, the positive impact our services have had across the county.
Every statistic within this report represents a person whose life has changed through support, opportunity and encouragement. Whether gaining confidence, developing new skills, overcoming barriers, or securing employment, these achievements demonstrate the positive impact that can be achieved when people are given the right support at the right time.
At the Hub, we are committed to helping people move closer to sustainable employment and improved wellbeing. Through a range of programmes and initiatives, we support individuals at every stage of their employability journey, working alongside employers, training providers and community partners to create opportunities that make a lasting difference.
This report provides an overview of our work, including the funding and partnerships that enable us to deliver services across Conwy. It also demonstrates how our projects work together to provide a clear pathway of support, helping people progress from initial engagement through to training, employment and long-term success.
The achievements highlighted in these pages are only possible because of the dedication of our staff, the commitment of our partners and funders, and the resilience and determination of the people we support.
As we look ahead, we remain focused on innovation, collaboration and responding to local needs to ensure that even more people can benefit from the opportunities we provide.
