Should we fail to live up to your expectations as a Service Provider or prospective employer, we have a Corporate Complaints Procedure. We also collect compliments as part of this process and use this information to aid decision making across our Services.
As Equality Actions are taken forward and Equality Impact Assessments are being undertaken, Services are identifying a need to collect more types of service user data so that they know the make up of service users and use this information to identify needs and making informed decisions about service provision.
