If you have concerns about someone you have seen sleeping rough, you can report this via the StreetLink website, or download their app. StreetLink exists to help end rough sleeping by enabling members of the public to connect people who are sleeping rough with the local services that are best placed to support them.
Alternatively, you can get in touch with our Housing Options Team during office hours on 0300 456 9545, or the out-of-hours homelessness service on 0300 123 3079.
Some people who are sleeping rough may not be known to local services because they remain out of sight and may move from place to place.
Any one of these options will make services aware of people who might need our help, so that we can offer advice, support and assistance.
It is important that you call the Police if you think the person is under 18.
