At any one time in Conwy County, there are around 1500 empty homes. Many come back into use, but some remain empty for long periods. They can become unsightly and attract problems, which causes issues for neighbours and the local community, while we also have families looking for homes.

Empty home owners

Empty homes cost money. Rent loss, deterioration, vandalism, insurance, security and council tax premiums add up quickly. Our Empty Homes Scheme aims to connect empty home owners, landlords and first time buyers, to help bring empty homes back into use. Contact us to discuss your options.

Reporting an empty home
