There will be designated parking bays on the embankment side of Cayley Promenade. Double yellow lines will prevent parking on the other side. We have recently added double yellow lines in this location.
To improve pedestrian safety along Cayley Promenade, we are constructing three crossing points that will be built out from the seaward side of the road at Llannerch Road East, Ebberston Road East, and at Whitehall Road.
These will improve safety by increasing visibility, slowing down the traffic, and narrowing the width of road being crossed.
The junction with Whitehall Road will give priority to through traffic, reducing congestion on Cayley Promenade.
