The strategy was developed in 2021 following community consultation and collaboration with partners.
The strategy timescale was initially 5 years but in light of economic crisis this has been extended to 2028.
It’s built around making the most of our unique places and talented people to develop a cultural programme that is unique to Conwy:
- Playful: Culture is accessible to everyone! It makes people stop, smile and want to join in.
- Adventurous: Inspires people to explore and try something new.
- Connected: Communities and the cultural sector are joined up and working together.
