The County Borough of Conwy (St Andrews Road Colwyn Bay) (7.5 Tonne Weight Restriction) Order 2023
The Conwy County Borough Council has made an Order under Sections 1 and 2 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to to prohibit any vehicle or vehicle and load the combined weight of which exceeds 7.5 tonnes from proceeding in the entire length of St Andrews Road Colwyn Bay.
A copy of the Order and plan, which will come into operation on 20 March 2023 may be examined on the Council website. If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date hereof apply to the High Court for this purpose.
