The County Borough of Conwy (Various Road Llandudno) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) Order 2023 – Part 2
Conwy County Borough Council made the above-named Order under Sections 1 and 2 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to prohibit the waiting of vehicles at any time in the lengths of road specified in the Schedule below. A copy of the Order and plans which will come into operation on the 1 April 2024 may be examined on the Council website.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date hereof apply to the High Court for this purpose.
Schedule 1 (No waiting at any time)
Church Walks
- North westerly side; from a point 22metres north of its junction with Abbey Road for a distance of 39 metres in an easterly direction
Church Walks
- South side; from a point 5 metres west of its junction with Vadre Lane for a distance of 10 metres in an easterly direction
Vadre Lane
- Both sides; from its junction with Church Walks for a distance of 5 metres
Ty Gwyn Road
- from a point 41 metres west of its junction with Tabor Hill for a distance of 30 metres in an westerly directionNorth side:
