Conwy County Borough Council (Disabled Person’s Parking Places) (No 1) Order 2025
The Conwy County Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 and Part IV of Schedule 9, of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to designate the lengths of road specified in Schedule 1 as a Disabled Person’s Parking Place for the exclusive use of vehicles displaying a valid Disabled Person’s Badge and a Residents Permit and to revoke the restrictions specified in Schedule 2.
Exceptions will be provided in the Order to permit waiting for the purposes of works of maintenance, repair and the like. A copy of the proposed Order together with a map showing the lengths of road to which the Order relates and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined at the Council Offices Coed Pella Colwyn Bay, Llandudno, Llanfairfechan, Llanrwst and Conwy Libraries and on the Council website.
Objections to the proposed Order, together with the grounds on which they are made should be sent in writing to the Traffic Section, Environment Roads and Facilities, PO Box 1 Colwyn Bay LL29 0GG or to tro@conwy.gov.uk by 3 October 2025.
