We are now at Stage 6 of producing the Replacement Local Development Plan – The Deposit Plan.

The Deposit Plan contains the full suite of proposed local planning policies and proposed land allocations.

The Deposit Replacement Local Development Plan is currently out for public consultation and comments are welcome from 12 January to 8 March 2026.
