IN THE MATTER OF A COMPLAINT
IN THE MATTER OF THE HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 – SECTION 116
AND IN THE MATTER OF THE PARCELS OF HIGHWAY AT TRE CWM, LLANDUDNO
BEFORE the Magistrates’ Court sitting at The Court House, Conway Road, Llandudno, Conwy LL30 1GA on 23 May 2023;
APPLICATION having been made by Conwy County Borough Council (the Applicant) under Section 116 of the Highways Act 1980 that areas of the highway being parcels of land at Tre Cwm, Llandudno, shown coloured red on the attached Plan L/1/17/21/31A should be stopped up on the ground that they are unnecessary;
AND the Court being satisfied that the Applicant has given the notices required by Part 1 of Schedule 12 to the Highways Act 1980;
AND the Court having heard the Application;
AND the Court being satisfied that the said areas of highway are unnecessary.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the said areas of highway be stopped-up for the purposes of all traffic.
