About the Team:
Conwy has a central team of officers working and striving to support the inclusion and effective provision for children and young people with additional learning needs.
The team work closely with children, young people, their families, schools, settings and other agencies on individual learner needs but also on the development of our services and provision for children and young people with additional learning needs in Conwy.
The team is going through a process of change in response to the changes across Wales and the move to the new ALN system, and this website will be updated regularly to reflect the changes that we are making.
