Please find below the supplementary information forms (SIF) that you will need to complete for your first choice school for a secondary place in September 2027.
Some forms can be downloaded others will link you to their online forms.
Please do not complete these forms unless you have already completed the Conwy School Admission Form.
These SIF's should be returned directly to the School.
