Important Information - Please Read
As well as completing this Conwy School Admission Form, you will also need to complete a supplementary information form (SIF) for your first-choice school only. This SIF form for your chosen school is available on completion of the Conwy School Admission Form.
Late applications
We will allocate places first to applications we receive by the closing date. Late applications will not be processed until we have processed all on time applications, unless you can justify the delay.
This follows our admissions policy for oversubscription. If you send in a late application without good reason you may be disappointed if your preferred school is oversubscribed.
