Complete the Order and Copyright Form below, quoting the reference numbers of the document/s you want.  If you do not know this you can find it by either searching our Online Catalogue or contacting the Archive Service for help.

Occasionally copies cannot be made due to the document being too fragile, or that it contains personal data closed under the Data Protection Act 2018 and/or in some instances due to intellectual property rights restrictions.  The Archive Service will inform you if this is the case.

If you intend to use copies for publication you must make this clear in the form. 

Copies are provided for a small fee, which varies depending on the nature of the copy and what it is being used for.  For an up-to-date list of Fees and Charges please see Other Services Provided by Archives.
