You can pay the following accounts by using your Debit or Credit Card 24 hours a day seven days a week:

  • Council Tax
  • Business Rates
  • Conwy Enforcement Payment
  • Sundry Invoices
  • Penalty Charge Notices (PCN's)
  • Benefit Overpayments
  • Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs)

Acceptable cards are:

  • MAESTRO
  • VISA DELTA
  • ELECTRON
  • MASTERCARD
  • VISA
  • JCB
  • MCDC

All you need to do is to ring our Automated Telephone Payment System on 0300 5000 966 and have to hand:

  • Your account/reference number
  • Your Debit or Credit Card
  • A pen and paper to take down your transaction number.

There is no charge for using your credit or debit card.
