What is Telecare?
Conwy Telecare supports a range of individuals by providing technology within the home. This can detect falls, improve the security of your home, or raise an alarm to the bilingual 24/7 monitoring service.
More people are using technology to support people to remain safe and independent in the community. Conwy Telecare will work with you to try and find different ways to meet your needs through the use of Telecare equipment and new technology.
What’s included?
The basic package includes the rental, maintenance and monitoring of the following:
- Lifeline box
- Pendant
- Smoke detectors
- Keysafe
Cost
- £35 one-off installation fee + £1.03 per day.
Additional / specialist equipment is available following a recommendation from a health professional.
