Meet Helen
I work for Children's Services with the Data Team. I provide support to social workers by processing referrals, which come in daily to the duty email inbox. We receive referrals from organisations such as the police, schools, doctors or any health professional. We also help prepare paperwork for Children Looked After and make sure each child’s placement information is up to date.
I have been working for Conwy for just over eighteen months and thoroughly enjoy my job. Everyone in the team is great to work with and everyone has helped me learn and understand the role. Our team manager is always supportive and very approachable. I’m so glad I joined Conwy as it is a great organisation to work for.
