This course is for settings leaders and staff members with responsibility for ALN (additional learning needs) within your setting a maximum of two per setting on each course.

The course will introduce the Conwy and Flintshire ALN Toolkit document and outline how it is aimed to support settings to implement them.

Understand the requirements of the ALNET Act and the transformation process.
Be aware of the Local Authority’s Toolkit Provision document.
Understand what is meant by high quality Universal Provision.
Consider the importance of Person Centred planning.
