TRAC supports young people aged 11-16 across Conwy who are at risk of disengaging from education and becoming ‘not in education, employment or training’ (NEET). The programme works with young people experiencing barriers such as poor attendance, behavioural challenges, low confidence, anxiety, or wider wellbeing concerns.
The project is delivered by a team based in each secondary school in Conwy and offers:
- One-to-one wellbeing support
- Support to improve behaviour and attendance
- Access to accredited and non-accredited courses delivered by TRAC providers
- Work experience support
- Future planning and preparation for life after school
