Summary (optional) The Community Wellbeing team can provide support over the phone for anyone over the age of 65 who is struggling to get started with online services and activities.

We can help you with the following:

  • Using Zoom to help you join an online activity or group
  • How to make a video call so you can keep in touch with your family or friends
  • How to set up and complete an online grocery shop
  • How to set up a simple email account


We have also put together some step by step guides for each of these topics, along with a video which talks you through how to access and use Zoom.
