How we spend Section 106 money

Section 106 money is spent on suitable projects in line with the criteria in the Section 106 agreement and the processes outlined in the S106 Spending Protocol.

Applying for Section 106 money

Many projects require the support of local elected Members for approval. This is by agreement through the Place Plan Board where one is in place; otherwise by consultation with Members. Anyone who wants to seek Section 106 money to help support a project should read the guidance in the Section 106 spending protocol.
