The Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering has been designed by industry experts to provide individuals and businesses with the training they require to comply with current food handling legislation.
This course is aimed at those who require a basic knowledge of food hygiene principles. It directly replaces the former Foundation Certificate Course and will provide individuals with the level of knowledge necessary to comply with current fundamental training requirements.
