This course is aimed for those who wish to acquire more positive ways of managing children’s behaviour both prosocial and antisocial.

Course content

Part 1:

A very brief overview of general psychology
A very brief overview of behavioural psychology

Part 2:

Opportunity to look at current scenarios to practice assessing the behaviour and applying relevant Strategies.
Discuss case studies.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

Describe the main ways in which children learn behaviour
Describe ways in which good behaviour can be encouraged
Describe a way in which unacceptable behaviour can be discouraged or controlled
